- Assume responsibility for continued self-development to provide quality resident care.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in caring for older adults in acute and long-term care settings.
- Current LPN license in the state of Arizona or compact state.
- Health Care Provider CPR, required.
- Valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
