Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team in a long term care setting. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect resident care, orienting and instructing personnel, and reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nursing Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct and indirect resident care following established policies and procedures.
* Orient, instruct, and supervise personnel as needed.
* Report any changes in resident condition or unusual situations to the Nursing Supervisor.

Requirements:

* Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
* Minimum 2 years clinical experience in caring for older adults in acute and long term care settings.
* Current LPN license in the state of Arizona or compact state.
* Health Care Provider CPR, required.
* Must possess and maintain valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
