The Psychiatric Care Technician plays a crucial role in delivering direct support to patients experiencing psychiatric challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. The primary focus of the role is to maintain a secure environment for patients within the unit.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in a psychiatric environment
- CPR certification (can be obtained post-hire)
- Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Work Schedule: Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM (Rotating Weekends Required)
