Job Overview

Harmony United Psychiatric Care is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our Human Resources department and act as a strategic partner within the organization. The ideal candidate will develop and implement forward-thinking HR strategies to drive company growth while enhancing employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Manage US Payroll and administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters.
  • Implement and maintain Performance Review Process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience as an HR Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Must have a master's degree in the field of management.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in HR and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the employee experience.
