We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Transplant Med Surg Clinical Nurse Coord to join our team at Medical City Dallas.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality patient care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience.
