We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate New Grad Registered Nurse to join our team at Recruitics JB. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our experienced clinicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, psychological, social, and cultural dimensions to develop individualized care plans.
- Implement and Evaluate Care: Organize, prioritize, and coordinate nursing care activities, implementing patient-specific interventions based on individual needs.
- Teach and Educate: Develop and implement patient/caregiver teaching plans to address identified health education needs.
- Provide Safe Care: Ensure a safe environment and safe delivery of care, adhering to professional practice standards and institutional policies.
- Lead and Develop: Demonstrate leadership in patient care delivery, assuming responsibility for professional development and contributing to the growth of others.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire.
- Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia; American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
The job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequent travel, and bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills are essential, as well as attention to detail and the ability to write legibly. The ability to lift/push/pull 20-50lbs is also required.
