Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a RN on our Medical Surgical Unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including those with complex medical conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Responsibilities- Assess and admit patients, conducting thorough evaluations to identify their unique needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and address any concerns or questions.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in medical surgical care.
- Degree or Diploma from an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
- BSN or MSN preferred.
- Registered Nurse License.
- Students in the process of completing an accredited nursing program.
- Students in the process of obtaining a Registered Nursing License.
- BLS Required within 90 days of hire.
