Hospitality Ambassador

St Julien Hotel & Spa is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests and associates alike. We're seeking a friendly and service-oriented Host to join our team in Jill's Restaurant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, taking reservations, and greeting/seating guests with a positive and lasting impression. As the first point of contact for our guests, we require someone who can communicate effectively with all levels of associates and guests, work well as part of a team, and possess excellent knowledge of important restaurant details and general hotel information.

We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance options, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and 401(k) with Company match.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting every guest and associate with eye contact and a sincere smile
• Taking reservations and confirming all information with guests prior to closing the interaction
• Performing opening and closing duties and preparing the host station for each shift
• Accurately booking reservations and alerting Manager and service personnel of special instructions or occasions being celebrated/recognized
• Escorting guests to their table and informing the appropriate server of each party's arrival
