Job Description
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and supporting the overall success of the dairy department. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by being approachable, responsive, and proactive in meeting customers' needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, stock shelves, and execute visual merchandising plans to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Support the overall success of the dairy department by collaborating with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
