Key Responsibilities- Academic Leadership: Achieve significant improvement in the academic performance of students with exceptionalities through effective instruction and support.
- Instructional Delivery: Provide instruction in small and large groups, adapting to the needs of diverse learners.
- IEP Development: Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to promote students' academic, physical, and social development.
- Behavioral Support: Develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as needed to address students' behavioral and social needs.
- Communication: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement feedback and goal-setting into lesson delivery, using data to track student achievement and inform instructional decisions.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teammates in grade-level and subject-level teams to share best practices and support student success.
- School Involvement: Participate in the life of the school, including student activities and events, to foster a sense of community and school spirit.
