Janitorial Supervisor

United Talent Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and training to new employees, as well as daily direction and work assignments.
• Task Management: Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Cleaning Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of commercial cleaning, hard floor care, carpet care, upholstery cleaning, carpet spotting, and window washing.

• Physical Demands: Ability to work in various positions, including climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Lifting and Mobility: Physically able to lift 50lbs unassisted and 75lbs with assistance, as well as withstand long periods of sitting and repetitive motion.
• Communication: Capable of training new employees and performing monthly safety training for all staff members.
• Administrative: Assign weekly routes and schedules, ensure adequate equipment and supplies, and inspect completed work for conformance to standards.
• General Cleaning: Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including trash removal, dusting, cleaning restrooms and offices, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, window washing, buffing floors, stripping and waxing floors, stone care, carpet cleaning, and carpet spotting.

• Referral Bonuses: Earn $40 for every new associate referred who works 40 hours, and an additional $100 once they reach 100 hours.
