Janitorial Supervisor

United Talent Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to join our team in Charleston, WV. As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training new employees, providing daily direction and work lists, and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation in our facilities.

• Supervise and train new employees to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Provide daily direction and work lists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Order and maintain all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in janitorial or facilities management.
• Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted and 75lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
