Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness.
  2. Sanitize and maintain bathrooms.
  3. Clean and disinfect countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break areas.
  4. Restock necessary supplies in bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
  5. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners, ensuring cleanliness of bins.
  6. Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as mandated by safety regulations.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and utilize cautionary measures such as wet floor signs.
Qualifications:
  1. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  2. Capability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  3. Basic understanding of cleaning practices.
  4. Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  5. Ability to work independently when required.
Work Environment:

Work is primarily conducted in an indoor industrial setting. Employees may be required to work early mornings, evenings, or night shifts based on client needs.

Physical Demands:

Position requires constant standing and walking throughout the workday. Frequent activities include pushing, pulling, grasping, stretching, bending, and reaching overhead. Occasional tasks may involve stooping, climbing, and squeezing. Candidates must be capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling over 50 lbs.
