Position Overview:
In this role, you will be entrusted with the management of escrow and trust transactions, alongside reporting and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of trust accounts to ensure accuracy in all transactions
  • Track trust account balances and guarantee compliance with regulations regarding client funds
  • Assist in the reconciliation of trust accounts and contribute to report preparation
  • Accurately process deposits, disbursements, and transfers of client funds
  • Maintain meticulous records of all transactions related to trust accounts
  • Engage with clients to provide updates on their trust account transactions and balances
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure proper management of client funds

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Proven experience in managing escrow and trust transactions
  • Familiarity with reporting and reconciliation processes
  • Experience in a legal firm setting is essential
