Position Overview

About the Role

This full-time position will involve working with a diverse group of students, providing speech therapy services and collaborating with other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students, utilizing evidence-based practices and adapting to their unique needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students' communication goals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress, using data-driven approaches to inform instruction and assessment
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • An active license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Indiana
  • At least 1 year of experience working with students in a similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $40-52/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
