Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Program Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of programs that support our customers in the defense and aerospace markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain program plans and budgets, ensuring technical, financial, and schedule objectives are met.
  • Lead proposal activities, including proposal development, review, and submission.
  • Manage program execution, including contract administration, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Communicate program progress and deviations to stakeholders, recommending corrective action as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
  • Minimum eight (8)+ years of experience in program management, with a concentration in the electronics/communications industry.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP Certification.
  • Aerospace and/or defense industry experience.
  • Experience in Technology Development Programs, manufacturing technical products, and/or RF/Microwave Products.

CAES provides a competitive salary range of $128,000 - $192,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401K, paid holidays, and vacation time.
