Position Summary
As a Lead Preschool Educator at Celebree School, your mission will be to cultivate a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere for young children. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our core values and mission are evident in every educational activity, while delivering enriching experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design innovative lesson plans that inspire curiosity and learning
  • Foster a warm and inclusive environment in the classroom
  • Encourage communication skills and a passion for reading among preschoolers
  • Ensure a safe and organized classroom setting
  • Maintain effective communication with parents

Required Qualifications:

  • Fulfill lead teacher criteria as established by relevant child care authorities
  • In-depth understanding of child development principles
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Core Duties:

  • Ensure classroom adherence to all child care regulations
  • Create a welcoming space for children and their families
  • Execute engaging lesson plans in line with our curriculum
  • Assist and supervise children during various activities
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the classroom
  • Communicate effectively with parents and administrative staff
  • Provide guidance and training to classroom aides
  • Adhere to certification requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Meet state educational requirements for teachers
  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
  • Completion of 45+45 hours of training necessary for lead teacher qualification
