Job Summary

The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring that all nursing programs are administered in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement nursing services and programs
  • Manage and supervise nursing staff, including scheduling and assigning work
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the nursing department
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

Working Conditions
