**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler II to join our team at Forum Energy Technologies. As an Electrical Assembler II, you will be responsible for performing component assembly of circuit boards, wiring harnesses, connectors, and mechanical assemblies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assemble electronic/electrical subassemblies from schematic diagrams, drawings, or verbal instructions.
  • Organize and coordinate office/employee functions.
  • Wire and solder wiring harness and cable assemblies, PC boards, transformer assemblies, control consoles, connectors, etc.
  • Perform limited troubleshooting and testing of assemblies.
  • Perform limited computer-controlled operations.
  • Other duties assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in wiring production equipment, including but not limited to wiring GPUs, Dehys preferred.
  • Awareness of areas of classification (e.g. Class 1 Div 1 groups CD, Class 1 Div 2 groups CD), Nema enclosure designations, and proper grounding technique.
  • Ability to perform high and low-level temperature soldering.
  • Familiarity with tools.
  • Ability to identify and read values of common electronic components.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and electronic schematics.
  • Advanced soldering and wire crimping skills.
  • Ability to fabricate, run, and terminate wire cable harnesses.

**Education and Experience:**

  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of related experience as a general electrician that would be required to understand and wire from a schematic/drawing.
