Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes, making adjustments as needed.
  • Administer medications as ordered, with accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.
  • Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time, ensuring timely and effective support.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, with adequate stock of supplies and equipment.
  • Transport patients as needed, prioritizing safety and comfort.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Technologist, with a strong background in Interventional Radiology.
  • Certifications may be required for this position, depending on the facility and specific needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment, with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
