The Customer Service and Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily functions of Customer Support, Procurement, Internal Sales, and Logistics.
This position demands a proactive leader capable of managing personnel, optimizing workflows, and utilizing an ERP system to achieve operational excellence and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities:
Customer Support Oversight:
Lead the Customer Support team to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and order processing.
Procurement Oversight:
Direct the Procurement team to maintain ideal inventory levels, negotiate supplier contracts, and ensure timely acquisition of materials.
Logistics Management:
Manage the Logistics department to guarantee precise and timely dispatch and receipt of products.
ERP System Utilization:
Leverage ERP systems to track and assess departmental performance, produce reports, and ensure data integrity.
Process Optimization:
Identify areas for process improvement, formulate strategies for enhancement, and implement changes to boost efficiency and productivity.
Team Development:
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to departmental teams, cultivating a positive and effective work atmosphere.
Performance Evaluation:
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborative Efforts: Partner with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any cross-departmental challenges.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial capacity overseeing various functions.
Strong familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to navigate and utilize these tools proficiently.
Demonstrated success in process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business demands.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience within the manufacturing sector.
Background in project management or methodologies focused on process improvement.
