Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote and sell banking products and services to customers, including deposit accounts, loans, and investment products.
  • Work closely with other banking team members to ensure seamless customer service and to achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 0 years of experience in a related position; experience in banking or customer service a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.
  • Experience with banking software and systems, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Work Environment

This position requires frequent driving and may involve working at various locations within the market.
