**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct nursing care to residents
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
* Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
* Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
* Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
