We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Singing River Health System Hospital.
Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and excellence in care delivery.
- Graduate from a NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
- Current unrestricted Mississippi State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Specialty certifications as required by department (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP).
- Minimum one year of inpatient clinical experience, preferred.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent movement and interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
