Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure 110% satisfaction
- Operate junk trucks safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily truck inspections and maintain equipment
- Price jobs aggressively and meet benchmarks
- Lead by example and train new hires on company core values
- Complete daily checklists and prevent careless mistakes
- Communicate regularly with direct supervisor for assignments and guidance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive hourly rate: $15-$25 per hour
