Truck Captain

As a Truck Captain - Junk Removal Specialist with College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving, you will be the first point of contact for clients on the job. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a stress-free moving or hauling experience for our clients, while also meeting and surpassing benchmarks for pricing and services.

• Educate clients about pricing and services, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
• Safely operate the junk truck at all times.
• Perform daily truck inspections and ensure all necessary equipment and materials are on hand.
• Price jobs aggressively and make logistical decisions to ensure efficient completion of jobs.
• Lead by example, demonstrating the core values of the company and training new hires on day-to-day operations.
• Complete daily checklists and prevent careless and costly mistakes.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
