We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward to join our team at The Foundry Hotel Asheville, Curio Collection. As a Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, including chopping vegetables and portioning ingredients.
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed, and ensure that all areas are well-stocked and ready for service.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
