Job Overview

Compensation:

Projected earnings of $42,000 based on performance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all loan documentation received is accurate and complete according to company standards, reporting any inconsistencies to the loan officer.
  • Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide necessary administrative support.
  • Collect and organize essential loan documentation for verifications and underwriting, including loan files, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, the branch manager, and the assigned loan originator, facilitating meetings to address follow-up items.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and internal requests regarding transactions to ensure exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications:
  • Understanding of basic loan financing options, including conventional loans, FHA, VA, and adjustable/fixed-rate mortgages.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably in administration or the mortgage sector.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with a commitment to exceeding customer and team expectations.
  • Possession of an NMLS license is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office; familiarity with CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software is advantageous.
