RF Payload Systems Engineer/MBSE Lead

About the Role:
Come be part of a dynamic, fast-moving team that's creating a best-in-class culture at Lockheed Martin Corporation. This engineering role within LM Space supports Global Security portfolios by working on world-class RF Payloads.
As an experienced RF Systems Engineer, you will lead model-based systems engineering (MBSE) efforts across the payload engineering team from design to production and operationalization. You'll tackle challenging assignments to demonstrate a detailed understanding of the system and mission to satisfy both internal and external stakeholders.
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Global Security portfolios by working on world-class RF Payloads
- Lead model-based systems engineering (MBSE) efforts across the payload engineering team
- Tackle challenging assignments to demonstrate a detailed understanding of the system and mission
- Work closely with customers to ensure the success of payload products and milestones
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Degree in electrical engineering or STEM related degree/certification
- Proven ability to execute major milestone reviews
- Experience with requirements management and derivation of requirements and tools
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, principles, and tools
