Job Title: Analyst Lead, Parts Central, Heil Environmental

Job Summary:

The Analyst Lead position is a key role at Parts Central, working closely with all departments and directly with customers. This role is responsible for price administration, key account rebates, financial and operational reporting, processing invoices, and analytics on the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the annual return process with dealers and evaluate potential returned inventory.
  • Supervise direct reports with invoicing process.
  • Administer key account rebate processes and distribute monthly reports.
  • Support Finance with month-end close invoicing activity.
  • Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance.
  • Process and verify all invoices and credits prior to distribution to customers.
  • Prepare special reports, such as cost estimates, pricing recommendations, and ad-hoc analyses as required.
  • Ensure all work orders and system status codes are correct before processing orders for invoicing.
  • Collect freight data and enter monthly freight journal entries at month-end close to charge freight off to correct cost centers.
  • Work with IT on testing upgrades to DSI and resolving DSI connectivity issues when they arise.
  • Maintain compliance with all ESG internal controls and Code of Ethics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Experience in processing daily entries and creating reports.
  • Ability to define problems, collect relevant data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills, keeping timelines and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in completion of work.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships throughout the organization.
