We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate to join our team. As a Litigation Associate, you will work closely with our experienced attorneys to handle a wide range of legal matters, including General Liability, Construction Defect, and Trucking and Transportation cases.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to support case development and strategy
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of cases in court
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to achieve case goals
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in litigation
  • Excellent references and a record of job stability
  • Member of the Texas bar in good standing
