About the Role:

As an Industrial Painter with Industrial Painting USA, you will be responsible for painting the exteriors and interiors of industrial buildings across various locations in the Midwest region. This role requires flexibility to work day or night shifts as the project needs dictate.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and smoothing.
  • Apply paint, varnish, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety standards.
  • Monitor and report any issues or defects in painting equipment and tools.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in painting preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
