Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves the maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment and machinery around the plant. You will work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure the smooth operation of our machinery. This position offers openings on both the 1st and 2nd shifts, with opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain, repair, and install equipment and machinery around the plant.
  • Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Work on a variety of metal stamping and fabrication machinery, including punch presses, brake presses, turret presses, some CNC machines, welding machines, and paint lines.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s safety policies and procedures.
  • Follow specifications, requirements, and procedures.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and sanitation practices.
  • Report any problems to the supervisor or manager.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Work Environment

You will work in a metal stamping company that is currently undergoing significant growth and remodeling. The company has consolidated operations from a closed location into four buildings (Stamping, Fabrication, Paint/Weld, and a Distribution Center) all situated on the same road. This is a fast-paced environment with machinery being moved and updated to enhance efficiency and production.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
