Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Religious Education Coordinator to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the Formation Program, ensuring a well-organized and professional religious program environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ecumenical projects, demonstrating teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders, including military personnel, civilian staff, and family members of different faith groups.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and work environment, reflecting a well-organized and respectful religious program.
  • Present a neat and well-groomed professional appearance, adhering to the company's standards.
  • Primarily support military service members and their families, providing guidance and resources as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Christian Religious Education or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Alternatively, two years of work experience in a military chapel environment, including roles such as religious education coordinator, Christian school teacher, youth minister, or Bible school teacher.
  • Religious education/Catechetical Certification provided by the Archdiocese for the Military Services, and a minimum of two years teaching experience in a military Catholic Religious Education/Youth oriented program.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, and pluralistic environment, requiring high levels of coordination and cooperation among chapel staff and clients.
