Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Religious Education Coordinator to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the Formation Program, working effectively in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-faceted, pluralistic environment, and demonstrating a familiarity with the commitment to the Catholic faith and its doctrines, teaching, and beliefs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Formation Program, ensuring a high level of coordination and cooperation among the chapel staff and clients.
  • Develop and implement programs that promote spiritual growth and development, working effectively with individuals from different religious groups.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and work environment, reflective of a well-organized religious program.
  • Present a neat, well-groomed professional appearance, demonstrating a commitment to the Catholic faith and its values.
  • Support military service members and their families, providing effective interaction and communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Christian Religious Education or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Two years of work experience in a military chapel environment, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Religious education/Catechetical Certification provided by the Archdiocese for the Military Services.
  • Minimum of two years teaching experience in a military Catholic Religious Education/Youth oriented program.
