Job Title: Dental Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Central Ozarks Medical Center. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our dental team.

Job Summary:

The Dental Assistant will assist the dentist with various dental procedures, maintain dental instruments and equipment, and provide exceptional patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the dentist with dental procedures, including taking x-rays and preparing patients for treatment.
  • Maintain dental instruments and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including explaining treatment options and providing emotional support.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of dental supplies.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the dental team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in dental assisting or a related field.
  • Expanded Functions certification preferred.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
