Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from sponsors, members, and providers, researching claim status and resolving issues related to claims reimbursement.
  • Maintain positive relationships with physicians, providers, and practice managers within the provider network.
  • Provide high-quality service daily to all callers, assisting with special projects as assigned.
  • Document accurate information and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in the health insurance industry, preferably in a call center environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be willing to get the flu vaccination during flu season.
