Physician Practice Manager

Job Summary:
Jupiter Medical Center seeks a highly skilled Physician Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our physician practices. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of patient throughput, coordinating all resources, and maintaining a safe and competent practice environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage physician schedules, vacation time, and PDO time.
- Monitor quality assurance and overall quality of daily operations.
- Maintain accurate record keeping of support staff to ensure all competencies are fulfilled.
- Seek to improve team member morale and development.
- Communicate efficiently with all team members to include updates and process changes.
- Responsible for team member evaluations, payroll, and provider bonus requests to the Director of Oncology Business Operations.
- Mentor and oversee Coordinators/Leads to execute daily tasks.
- Seek to improve customer satisfaction scores and team member goals.
- Participate in business development and marketing plans to grow the business.
- Maintain all productivity standards and cost control measures.
- Facilitate and help to organize community events with the sales and marketing team.
Requirements:
- Five (5) years of experience in Physician Practice management with a strong business background preferred.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Understanding of physician practice environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of computer systems and applications to include but not limited to Microsoft Office and eClinical Works.
