Clinical Physician Lead

As a Clinical Physician Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, complex, and geriatric care to residents and patients across various settings. You will work in partnership with non-physician practitioners and other interprofessional team members to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality care to residents and patients across settings
- Collaborating with non-physician practitioners and other team members
- Providing collaborating physician duties for nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Auditing medical orders and documentation for providers
- Assuming medical directorships for skilled and senior living facilities
- Identifying new growth opportunities with skilled facilities and senior living facilities
- Participating in company frontline and backup call processes
- Focusing on quality outcomes, including care path compliance and productivity
Requirements include:
- Graduate from an accredited school of medicine and a Doctor of Medicine
- Two or more years of administrative leadership experience in healthcare
- Clinical medical experience of seven years or more preferred
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active unrestricted licensure to practice in the state of employment
