**Job Summary:**
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a phase of a large complex project or multiple large-sized projects. You will be accountable for all aspects of a project's success, from the initial proposal and bidding process to the profitable completion of the job.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple large-sized projects
* Ensure project success from proposal to completion
* Develop and implement project plans and schedules
* Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
* Monitor and control project costs and resources
* Identify and mitigate project risks

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
* 7-10 years of related experience
* Experience with Project Management software
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
