Job Title: Operations Fulfillment Specialist

MNL, LLC, a leader in ecological restoration, is seeking an Operations Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with other company employees to ensure the supply needs of our field operations projects are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure company vehicles and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular inspection checks on trucks, trailers, and machinery, reporting any issues to the shift mechanic.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including greasing equipment and fueling vehicles.
  • Move vehicles and equipment around company property, loading and securing them as needed.
  • Complete load requests for the next day's projects, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Able to perform work in a safe manner, adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent time-management skills.
  • Able to be flexible and adapt to changing conditions, with strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrates truthfulness, accountability, and honesty in all interactions with managers and supervisors.
  • Basic knowledge of equipment, implements, and vehicles is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, reach, and move as needed.
  • Must be able to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
