Job Overview

Compensation:

Projected earnings of $80,000 based on performance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a substantial loan pipeline to ensure production aligns with our standards
  • Evaluate the loan process by tracking loan status, adherence to terms, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, attorneys, and insurance providers to compile and prepare all necessary documentation for underwriting
  • Manage all client interactions to facilitate a seamless transaction by coordinating with real estate agents, processors, and underwriters
  • Build and sustain relationships with real estate agents, banking professionals, builders, and the broader community to maintain existing business and attract new clients
Qualifications:
  • Must adhere to lending regulations and comply with bank underwriting standards and policies
  • Outstanding decision-making skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills are required
  • Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable loans, bridge loans, non-conforming loans, FNMA, FHLMC, and home equity lines of credit is essential
  • A minimum of several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending is required
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in banking, business, real estate, or a related discipline is necessary
