About the Role

Morgan Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for preparing vacant apartments for market-ready condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform non-technical functions to prepare apartments for rent, including caulking, drywall repair, and touch-up painting.
  • Test all locks and key sets, and assist in the inspection of property.
  • Maintain exterior lighting, ground equipment, and common areas, including picking up trash and snow removal.
  • Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as needed.
  • Pool maintenance and other related tasks.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record and auto insurance.
  • Availability to work on notice in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies.
  • Ability to work as a team and independently.
  • Flexibility to transfer to other local regional sites if required.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
