Neonatal Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and innovative Registered Nurse to join our team at Fauquier Health. As a Neonatal Resource Nurse, you will provide exceptional care to ICN level newborns and stable post-partum couplets, while maintaining a safe and patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities- Provide clinically appropriate patient care to individual or group of patients in accordance with the philosophy and mission of the Department of Nursing.
- Manage emergencies, transitions, and transfers with confidence and expertise.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices.
- Current Virginia State RN License
- Basic Life Support BLS certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Women's Services (L&D, NICU, ICN)
