Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities
  • Operate specialized equipment, such as carpet care machines and hard floor care equipment
  • Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and recyclables
  • Assist with movement and delivery of heavy objects and packages
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing
  • Respond to work orders and requests from residents and departments
Requirements
  • Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and vehicles
  • Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
  • Minimum of 3 years of verifiable licensed driving experience and a history of safe driving
