Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at The Emerge Center. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in delivering ABA-based programming and services to children and their families.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor progress to make data-driven decisions.
  • Train and supervise Registered Line Technicians (RLTs) to ensure high-quality care.
  • Provide regular updates to parents and caregivers on client progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to strategic planning for our ABA program.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and licensure as a Louisiana Behavior Analyst.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA-based treatment plans.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
