Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our client database to forecast events and schedule staff accordingly
  • Continuously improve guest satisfaction by analyzing event feedback and implementing changes
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of management experience
  • 2+ years of banquet captain experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of F&B and hospitality industry
  • Broad knowledge of event planning and execution
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
