Key Responsibilities
  • Build and assemble high-precision prototypes, short-run specialty builds, and other machinery using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and fit of components.
  • Use measuring tools to align and fit components, and possess good math and problem-solving skills.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to complete projects and meet deadlines.
  • Pass standard pre-hire checks, including background and drug screens.
Requirements
  • Experience with machinery building, high-precision prototype, short-run specialty builds, robotics, automation, conveyors, CNC, and other related fields.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use CAD systems.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $20 to $30 per hour, based on experience and education. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. Our benefits package includes great medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays, generous PTO, 401(k) with matching, and more.
