Position Overview:

As a vital member of the healthcare team, the Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients. This position involves working in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in delivering a range of nursing services under supervision, contributing to patient care and safety.
  2. Monitor patient vital signs and overall condition, promptly reporting any changes to the licensed nurse.
  3. Facilitate a positive patient experience by aiding with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
  4. Perform essential nursing procedures such as dressing changes, catheter care, and specimen collection.
  5. Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care.
  6. Participate actively in departmental initiatives and meetings to enhance healthcare delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program or equivalent educational background.
  • New graduate nurse (RN) eligible for licensure in Wisconsin.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.

Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts with a commitment of 40 scheduled hours per week.
