Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Emerald Hospitality Associates. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Process all reservations and cancellation requests in a timely manner
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy levels through suggestive selling techniques
• Handle and balance the department's accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts, and other forms of credit
• Maintain order and cleanliness of front desk and back office
• Perform clerical duties, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, faxing, photocopying, and bookkeeping as needed

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
